Terms & conditions

1. Acceptance of Services 

By approving an estimate, scheduling services, or submitting payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in the estimate. Additional work requested after approval may result in additional charges.

3. Deposits

Projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling or material procurement. Deposit amounts will be outlined within the approved estimate or invoice.

4. Payment Terms 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • ACH transfer

  • Zelle

  • Credit/debit card

Certain projects may be subject to credit card processing fees. Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed within the estimate or invoice.

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

5. Scheduling & Delays

Scheduling dates are estimated and may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Material availability

  • Labor availability

  • Site accessibility

  • Unforeseen conditions

The company is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities 

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the project site and ensure utilities, approvals, and site conditions necessary for completion of work are available.

7. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work may require a revised estimate or additional charges.

8. Cancellations

Projects canceled after scheduling or material purchasing may be subject to administrative, restocking, or material costs already incurred.

9. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, workmanship is warranted for 90 days following project completion. Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer misuse

  • Acts of nature

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Work performed by others

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are subject to manufacturer terms.

10. Limitation of Liability 

The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

11. Collection Costs

Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs associated with unpaid balances.

12. Photography

The company may photograph completed work for documentation and marketing purposes unless customer requests otherwise in writing.

13. Privacy 

Customer information will be handled in accordance with the company Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
